Students must adhere to the documentary requirements stated herein for speedy clearance and in order of presentation below:
1. Acceptance of Admission payment (REMITA/TELLER)
2. School Fees Receipt (from portal)
3. O'level (SSCE,NECO,WAEC, NABTEB)
4. Provisional Clearance
5. JAMB Result (Original from JAMB)
6. PUTME Result
7. JAMB Admission Letter (only Duplicate to be submitted)
8. UNN Admission letter (from portal)
9. Admission page (where your name appeared)
10. Profile biodata (from portal)
11. Attestation Letter
12. LGA certificate
13. Birth Certificate
14. Faculty Dues (Teller/Remita)
15. Clearance Form (to be given at the faculty)
16. Letter of Undertaking (to be given at the faculty)
17. Authority to serve as Admission letter form (to be given at the faculty)
18. Acceptance of Admission & Pledge FORM
19. JAMB registration SLIP (retrieved from Email used for JAMB registration)
NOTE: No. 19 is OPTIONAL for various faculties.
